I live on a farm in Ixopo, Kwazulu Natal with my husband Sean. He is a forester and I work at a commercial forestry and veg nursery. We both share a love for the outdoors and love living in the mist belt that is our little peace of heaven.
We have 5 dogs, 1 cat, 2 horses, cows, sheep, chickens and pigs. I'm all for the natural way of living and we try subsist off our little plot as much as possible. There is a somewhat primal satisfaction from reaping what you sow and providing food for your family that you cultivated yourself. We dream of oneday owning our own land :-)
